Returns and Refunds
Return & Refund Policy (updated May 1, 2013). Only For products purchased directly from PuraDyme New Zealand. Any UNOPENED item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the arrival of your product. The company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the purchase price.
Any sales tax paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and processed at our shipping facility. Refunds are generally processed on Fridays. Unfortunately there is no refund for original shipping costs and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. You must send back all items on which you wish to receive a refund. You’ll be refunded for only the items that are sent back.
How to Request a Refund
The first step of the refund process is obtaining a refund authorization number (RA#TBA).
Please email us at with your request for a return:
- Your order number
- The items you plan on returning
- A small note about why you are returning your products (we really do care and would love to hear your feedback)
Once our team reviews your note you will be sent an RA# and a shipping address where you can send your return.
