PuraDyme New Zealand services all New Zealand States and Regions and prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars only.
Internet orders are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays) – we aim to always offer prompt service with a smile!!
Online orders can be paid for with credit card or Paypal prior to dispatch.
Orders are freighted via New Zealand Post Tracked Parcel Upgrade Service and delivered right to your door, so please make certain you provide your street address. This service is Non Signature required.
Shipping in New Zealand is NZD $6.00

We do not retain your credit card details (unless specifically requested to for automated orders), and we do not share your personal details with any other company.

PuraDyme New Zealand offers International shipping via New Zealand Post. The cost for postage is calculated using a New Zealand Post calculator at the time of check out.
BACK-ORDERS FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any product that is guaranteed to be available is temporarily out-of-stock, PuraDyme will place the item on back-order. Once items are back in stock, they will be shipped immediately and automatically with no extra shipping charges. All back-order items must be pre-paid to hold their spot in the priority queue for when stock becomes available. Customers have the option to cancel back-ordered product, or request that the out of stock items no longer be included with their order. It the event that a item can not be temporarily supplied by the manufacture, these items will not be back-ordered and must be ordered again once they become available.
PuraDyme will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including and without limitation loss of earnings or any consequential damages caused by, or arising out of: any delay in delivery, error in product shipped, or failure to deliver a product ordered by a customer. Couriers are independent contractors and are hired by PuraDyme New Zealand to provide a delivery service on your behalf. Any issues resulting from couriers shipments should be brought up and handled through the carrier.
If for any reason the items you choose are not available immediately, we will inform you of this and provide an estimated delivery date should you choose to proceed with the order.
